Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing GYMS24. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with our gym management software platform.
1. Free Trial Period
We provide a 7-day free trial sandbox for new users to test the dashboard, attendance logger, and automated workflows. No credit card is required during this period. We encourage users to evaluate the platform thoroughly before initiating any subscription payments.
2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
- Subscriptions to GYMS24 are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan selected.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@gyms24.in. Once canceled, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will terminate.
3. Refunds
Because we offer a fully featured free trial period, subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused time on an active subscription.
4. Exception Cases
If you experience any billing discrepancies, technical issues that prevent access to the service, or double-billing on our end, please reach out immediately to hello@gyms24.in. We will investigate the issue and process refunds where applicable within 5-7 business days.
