Shipping & Delivery Policy

GYMS24 provides cloud-based gym management software as a service (SaaS). Since our product is entirely digital, we do not ship physical goods.
1. Digital Delivery
Upon registration, account setup, or purchase of a subscription plan, access details are delivered electronically:
- Delivery Method: Email notification and/or WhatsApp communication containing account activation instructions.
- Timeframe: Sandbox trials are activated instantly. Custom branding setups or custom data migrations are processed and delivered within 24-48 business hours of receipt of the required information.
2. Shipping Costs
Because there is no physical package or transport, there are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or handling costs applicable to any of our plans.
3. Delivery Disputes
If you do not receive your activation email or login credentials within 24 hours of completing setup or booking, please check your spam folder or contact our support desk at hello@gyms24.in for immediate assistance.
