You must provide accurate and complete registration details when signing up for a trial or requesting onboarding setup.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive activities.

3. Usage & WhatsApp Communications

Our platform facilitates automated communications, including membership renewal notifications, receipts, and greetings via WhatsApp integrations. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your gym members to send them notifications through these communication channels.

4. Limitation of Liability

GYMS24 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYMS24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
