Our story
Built for Indian gyms.
Not for spreadsheets.
Gyms24 exists because running an Indian gym on paper registers and Excel sheets is a constant fight against missed renewals and lost revenue.
Why we built it
The chaos behind every busy front desk
Every gym we talked to had the same story. Members were tracked in a register, renewals were chased over the phone, and revenue was a running figure someone kept in their head. When a membership lapsed, nobody noticed until the member stopped coming.
That silence costs real money. Gyms lose members to forgotten renewals, pay staff to type attendance into sheets every night, and have no idea which months are strong until the bank statement arrives.
So we built Gyms24 — a single dashboard that tracks members, attendance, payments, and renewals, and automates the WhatsApp reminders that bring members back. Not a global platform ported to India, but software built around how an Indian gym actually works: UPI payments, seasonal renewals, and front desks that never stop moving.
What we stand for
How we do things
Simple by design
No feature locks, no hidden add-ons, no sales calls. Every plan covers the essentials your front desk needs, so you spend time running your gym — not your software.
Honest, predictable pricing
Start free, then pay a flat monthly price that only changes when you choose a higher tier. No per-member fees, no setup costs, no hidden charges.
Your data stays yours
Your member records and revenue are confidential. We never share them outside Gyms24, and you can take your data with you anytime.
Real support
A small team that answers the phone. WhatsApp, email, or call — when you reach out, a person who knows the product helps you.
How we operate
A small team, close to customers
We keep Gyms24 deliberately simple. Every feature we add has to earn its place at the front desk, and every plan stays predictable. Because the product is uncomplicated, we can support it properly — your account is set up by a person within 24 hours, and when you call, you reach the team that built the software.
