Member photographs and images are added to the platform entirely at the discretion of the gym owner. When you upload a photograph of a member, you confirm that you have the necessary consent and authorisation from that individual to store, process, and use their image within the Service, including any applicable image, publicity, or privacy rights.

GYMS24 bears no responsibility for, and shall have no liability in connection with, the image rights or likeness of any person whose photograph or image is added to the Service by a gym owner. The responsibility for obtaining and maintaining the required permissions and consents rests solely with the gym owner. If you believe a photograph of you or another person has been added to the platform without proper consent, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy, and we will take reasonable steps to assist.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure data handling practices.
