Updates
Every feature, fix, and improvement we ship to our gym management software. The app shows the latest release automatically when you sign in.
After the 1-month free trial, Gyms24 is now ₹499/month for unlimited members and every feature — flat, with no per-member fees.
Prefer to pay once? Annual billing is now ₹4,999/year — a ₹989 saving over paying monthly.
New gyms still get a full month of every feature free — no credit card required. You only pay if you decide to continue.
Gym owners can recharge their subscription directly via Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets.
Super admins can grant paid-until access to gyms for cash payments with notes.
Admins can create and manage coupon codes with expiry dates for billing discounts.
When a gym owner's billing expires, they can still view all data but cannot create or edit until recharged.
Super admins can view all gym billing statuses, history, and grant access from a dedicated panel.
Plans can now be set in days, months, or years — not just months. A 7-day pass or 3-year plan works natively.
When adding a member, toggle "Custom plan" to bypass a preset plan and enter duration + amount manually.
Membership end dates compute correctly across days, months, and years using calendar-aware logic.
Dedicated auth client with secure refresh-token rotation. Sessions survive app restarts reliably.
Super admins now access gyms exclusively through impersonation. The amber impersonation strip is always visible so you never lose your way back.
All success notifications replaced with silent confirmations. Errors log to console instead of popping toasts over your work.
New location-based landing pages for Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.
Add a photo to any member from their profile page — take from camera or choose from gallery.
Member photos appear next to names in the member list for quick identification.
Photos can be changed or removed anytime from the member detail page.
Send a WhatsApp renewal reminder to members with 1-5 days left, directly from their profile.
Only one reminder per phone per day — prevents spam.
See which members were reminded today with a WhatsApp badge in the member list.
Attendance, payments, plans, search, and page views are now tracked in PostHog for better insights.
WhatsApp and push notification delivery is tracked — you can monitor delivery rates and failures.
Response times are tracked to catch slow endpoints before they affect users.
Gym admins can now update a member's name and access code anytime from the member detail page.
Phone numbers can be added or changed directly on the member detail page.
Changing an access code resets the check-in token, keeping the system secure.
Hide revenue amounts on the dashboard with a tap-to-reveal eye toggle. Enable it from Settings.
The app automatically checks for updates every 2 minutes and prompts you to refresh.
Fixed admin-only sections leaking into impersonated sessions.
Gym owners get instant push notifications when members check in.
Members now confirm their name before check-in — no more wrong check-ins.
Returning members are checked in automatically. No code needed.
