    We set up your gym in 24 hours

    Our team creates your gym profile and activates your login. Tell us your gym name, and we handle the rest — including help migrating your members from Excel or a paper register if you want it.

    Add your plans and members

    Create membership plans — monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom durations. Add members with their name, phone, plan, and amount paid. Their expiry dates are calculated automatically.

How long does setup actually take?

We activate your login within 24 hours of your request. Moving existing members from Excel or a register takes a few minutes once your account is live, and our team can help you do it.

Do I need to enter my credit card for the trial?

No. The free plan requires no credit card and no payment details. Paid plans start at ₹399/month when you are ready for more members and automation.

Can I bring my existing members over from Excel?

Yes. You can add members manually or we can help you import them. Plans, start dates, and expiry dates transfer across, so nothing starts from zero.

What if Gyms24 is not the right fit?
