Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and supports up to 10 active members, member profiles, manual attendance, 2 membership plans, 1 admin account, and a basic dashboard. No credit card is required.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
As your gym grows, upgrade to Starter (₹399/month), Pro (₹599/month) or Business (₹1,200/month) at any time. All your members, attendance, and payment history carry over — nothing is lost when you switch plans.
Are there per-member fees?
No. Each plan has a flat monthly price with a set active-member cap. Your bill only changes if you choose to move to a higher tier — there are no per-member charges on top.
How does yearly billing work?
Choose yearly billing and you pay for 10 months while using GYMS24 for 12 — two months free. Starter is ₹3,990/year, Pro ₹5,990/year, and Business ₹12,000/year. Your rate is also locked for the full year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or change plans at any time. If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup and onboarding are included on every paid plan. Our team sets up your gym profile within 24 hours, and assisted data migration is included on Business.
What AI features are included?
Pro and Business include the AI suite — an AI chatbot assistant and AI workout and diet plans. Business adds AI revenue and retention insights. Free and Starter do not include AI.
