Gyms24 vs WellnessExcel: Detailed Comparison for Indian Gyms
Compare Gyms24 vs WellnessExcel for Indian gyms — pricing, WhatsApp automation, GST support and member management.
WellnessExcel is an Indian gym management platform designed for the domestic market. While it offers some India-specific features, its pricing model and feature set have limitations. This comparison examines what WellnessExcel offers Indian gyms versus what Gyms24 delivers.
Pricing Comparison
| Aspect | Gyms24 | WellnessExcel |
|---|---|---|
| Free Plan | 1-month free trial (all features) | Trial only |
| Paid Plan | plans from ₹399/month (unlimited members) | Per-member pricing |
| Currency | INR | INR |
| Per-Member Fee | None | Scales with member count |
WellnessExcel’s pricing model includes per-member fees that increase as your gym grows. A 100-member gym could pay ₹1,000-2,000/month, while Gyms24’s plans from ₹399/month never increases. At 200 members, Gyms24 is dramatically cheaper.
